Return Process

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
